The First-Seat-Free Rule

Your first seat is always free. The billing formula is simple: (Total Seats - 1) × Price.

Billing Dashboard

Manage your subscription directly from Settings → Billing. You can find:

Next Bill Estimate: See exactly what you'll be charged on your next renewal date.
Invoice History: Download past invoices as PDFs for your accounting team.
Usage Tracking: Monitor your workspace's storage consumption and active seat count.

Storage & Overages

Every workspace includes 1 GB of free storage. If you exceed this limit, overage is charged at a flat rate of $0.05 per GB per month. We'll notify you when you've reached 80% of your current limit.

Referral Credits

Help us grow and earn credits toward your own bill. Share your unique referral link from Settings → Referrals. When someone starts a paid subscription using your link, you'll earn 10% of their payment as credit, automatically applied to your next invoice.
